Visit the library at RHS Garden Harlow Carr and take the opportunity to see two of our seasonal embroideries of the garden.  Created for us by the Richmond & Leyburn Creative Stitchers, these two scenes on display show tulips and Muscari in spring and the very best of perennial planting in the Main Borders in high summer.

To create these beautifully embroidered scenes, two photographs were taken of the garden and cut up into 48 squares. These were then given to each of the embroiderers to interpret in their own individual way.  The finished pieces were then put together like a jigsaw to create the two whole pictures in embroidery form.
