    Houseplants

Houseplants enhance and improve our indoor environments both visually and physically, but how do you know which one to choose, and how to care for it? These are the sorts of questions that you will find the answer to in this session.

We will look at which houseplants are suitable for darker or lighter room spaces and other household positions. You will learn how a suitable environment can be provided indoors and what the plants give to us in return.

The course includes an informative talk/presentation, a question-and-answer session, and a practical planting activity with a houseplant to take home.

Please bring with you:
  • Your booking reference number
  • A notebook and pencil to make notes
  • Camera or mobile phone for photos if you wish
Tutor: Simeon Cotterell and Jonathan Hutchinson, RHS Garden Team
