Sowing and growing are the basics of all gardening and this garden includes a display bench for showing too. Designed by Joe Swift to celebrate BBC 2 and The One Show's Sow, Grow and Show Campaign to encourage everyone to make environment change, it features a potting bench, designated vegetable and cut flower beds together with a display area where your harvested flowers and crops – no matter their appearance – can be admired.
The flowers and veg have been sown and grown by top grower Jon Wheatley. An abundance of beautiful grasses and perennials such as dahlias are included in the cut flower patches while the vegetable beds are home to carrots, salad leaves, herbs potatoes, French beans and sweetcorn.
Seating areas are situated under a canopy of trees with water features adding to the tranquil ambience.
Also kindly sponsored by: Ultrascape.
Thanks to the following company for their support: Stonebarn Landscapes (Jon Wheatley).
