About the Garden
Arley's Thyme to Retreat is designed to provide a calm, tranquil and peaceful space, away from the hustle of busy everyday life and a space without techology. The pastel colour palette and use of scented flowers and herbs add to the sense of relaxation. Inspiration has been drawn from aspects of the gardens at Arley Hall & Gardens, with a mix of traditional landscaping and romantic country garden planting. The pathway of reclaimed York stone and cobbles is softened with herbs and alpine strawberries. The focal point is the arbour – the perfect place to sit back and relax.
