What do you think a weed is? This exhibition might change your mind. Developed by a group of young curators in collaboration with the RHS, 'What is a weed?' challenges stereotypes and introduces new perspectives on weeds through art, animation and interactive exhibits.

On a sensory journey through the RHS Garden Wisley Gallery, visitors will have the chance to learn about the environmental and health benefits of weeds; explore ideas about human-plant relationships; contemplate the effects of beauty norms and perfectionism on society; and see rare items and specimens from the RHS Library and Herbarium collections.

Important notice: The Old Laboratory, including the 'What is a weed?' exhibition, will be closed from 12.30pm–3.30pm on Tuesday 26 September for a private event.
