Following on from 'Our Healing Garden' workshop. Many plants have excellent healing qualities to help us with all kinds of everyday health issues such as cuts and grazes, coughs and colds, fatigue and insomnia. We’ll learn about these herbs, which ones to grow in your garden or wild harvest, and how to use them effectively. 

Course includes:
  • Actions of the herbs – why they work
  • Demonstration of making herbal oils and herbal first aid salves, creams and compresses
  • Herbs to fight infections, how to make a herbal syrup and a throat spray
  • Herbal tea tasting
