Discover some of the best early spring flowering iris and alpines. Visitors can enjoy rare collections and competition classes as well as a photographic exhibition, unusual plants for sale and friendly experts available to answer your questions.  Learn how to grow and enjoy these plants in your own garden.

The British Iris Society will feature early flowering iridaceae, including the reticulate irises. There will be irises for sale from Woottens of Wenhaston and hand-made iris themed merchandise, information booklets, cards and tote bags.
 
The Alpine Garden Society will feature competitive displays and specialist nurseries selling unusual alpines, including Aberconwy Nursery and Copton Ash Nursery

11.30am – Growing Species iris for beginners – How to achieve lovely displays of these beautiful iris at home
 
12.30pm – Growing Alpines at Home – Find out about the best cultivars to choose and how grow them successfully at home  
 
1.30pm – Additional Talk/Tour of the Wisley Alpine yard.
