Learn the simple and rewarding aromatic art of herbal infused oils.

Understand the therapeutic properties of plant oils, such as Sunflower, Olive, Sesame and explore fragrant flowers, spices and herbs and how these wondrous infusions provide multipurpose opportunities to include in your personal health and self-care practices:

Through sampling, study and discussion we shall explore:

• A variety of therapeutic dried plant materials, nourishing plant oils and fragrant essential, their properties and benefits
• Learn the art of infusing and macerating
• Discuss various combinations and adaptations
• Safety and storage
• Look at areas of use for home remedy for cosmetic, therapeutic and culinary applications and inspiration for furthering your home practice
• Create 3 herbal infused oils to take home with advice on use

Please note that the infused oils crafted during the workshop will require a six-week infusion period at home before they are ready for use.
