What we can offer you

Find out where a job with the RHS could take you, and what you could get out of a career with the UK’s leading gardening charity

Unlocking your potential

Join the RHS and you’ll be joining a thriving charity, whose mission is to be there for everyone on their lifelong adventure with gardening. Everything we do is built on the positive power of gardening – and the benefits it brings to people, places, and our planet. And we couldn’t do this without you. We’re proud of the knowledge, enthusiasm, and ideas that every one of our people brings.

Every day, we’re alive with possibility. From working across our social media channels to volunteering in the RHS Gardens. From serving customers in our garden centres to running national marketing campaigns. We aim to give our people everything they need, so they can help us change lives and be a power for good.

“One of the things I love about my role is the creative freedom, you’re not restricted in terms of what you can and can’t do. There’s an open forum to come up with ideas!”

Stuart, Social Media Executive
