Embark on a journey of health and vitality through the incredible world of herbs. In this workshop at RHS Bridgewater, your tutor, Anastasia Demetriou, will share how herbs (homegrown or foraged) can be harvested and prepared for use in cooking, home remedies and herbal teas.

Anastasia will demonstrate and guide you to create a range of herbal treats for you and the home. This course will leave you feeling confident to use herbs in various ways to enhance your every day and make the most of the herbs you cultivate. 
 
This course will be held in the Learning Studios at RHS Bridgewater and include a walk/wheel around the garden to see herbs growing in situ. 
 
Ticket price includes garden entry and is suitable for adults. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the session.
