Join our latest Urban Gardening Club as garden designer Zoe Claymore shares her top tips for renters

We all know gardening is good for you – but with one in three households in England renting, how can gardening be made accessible, affordable and achievable for renters in London?

In this conversation we will be looking at considerations for your rental space, including:
  • opportunities to garden, even if you don’t have an outdoor space
  • considerations and limitations for rented homes
  • how you can boost biodiversity, even in a small space
  • the best plants for your space
  • how to take your garden with you when you move.

There  will be plenty of time to ask questions, plus join us for a drinks reception after the conversation where you can explore the RHS Lindley Library’s collection and purchase a copy of RHS How to Garden when you Rent.
