Discover how our collection of Edith Helena Adie’s watercolours helped to restore the gardens of an Edwardian National Trust property
Take a look at the beautiful watercolours of Dyffryn Gardens in Wales, painted by Edith Adie in the early 1920s. Plus, discover how these artworks helped to inspire the restoration of this beautiful Edwardian garden.
Our informal show and tells offer a 15 minute introduction to the treasures of our Library collection to liven up your lunch break. No need to book, just drop in. RHS membership not required.
The RHS Lindley Library is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am – 4pm. The show and tell begins at 1.15pm. Come early to browse our collection of modern titles and changing book displays. Ticket Information: Register your interest on EventBrite to receive an event reminder before the talk. Please note: When purchasing tickets, you are leaving the RHS website. Accessibility: There is step-free access into the main RHS building and Library reception area via a ramped entrance. The Upper Reading Room may be accessed by three steps with a handrail for support, or via a staff-operated lift in the library reception area. We do not have accessible toilets onsite.
