Join owner, John Cushing, Head gardener, Nick Huxley, and medical herbalist, Bee McGovern, for a morning walk and talk in the kitchen and herb garden. Goldstone Hall has one of the most productive kitchen gardens at a Hotel and Restaurant in the UK.
 
Bee will focus on key medicinal uses and nutritional benefits, along with preparation ideas. This will be followed by lunch prepared by Head Chef Liam Philbin, showcasing the herbs and produce.
 
Itinerary:
  • 10am: Herbal tea or coffee, homemade biscuits
  • 10.30am: Garden tour
  • 12.30pm: Herbal refresher, three-course lunch followed by herbal infusions, or coffee
  • 2.30pm: Depart
