Use of personal mobility vehicles
Visitors are welcome to bring their own mobility scooters but should be mindful of uneven surfaces in Depot Mayfield e.g. small dents/drains so scooters shouldn't be driven at speed.
Please note there won’t be facilities to charge scooters so please ensure scooters are fully charged before your visit. There also won’t be anywhere to store personal mobility scooters.
Wheelchair and mobility scooter hire
Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not available to hire at RHS Urban Show. Visitors are welcome to bring their own personal mobility scooters or wheelchairs to help them get around.
Toilets
Toilets are located outside in the North of Depot Mayfield.
Accessible toilets are available.
Access to Showground
The show is at ground level at Depot Mayfield. There is one raised area with ramp access. Visitors should be mindful of uneven surfaces and wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
The RHS Urban Show is an immersive experience that uses projection, lighting and sound to create a sensory experience in a large indoor building with limited national daylight and varying light levels.
There is fast track entry for visitors with access requirements who are unable to queue.
Accessible ticket bookings
While the RHS is not able to provide carers, entry is provided for one carer free of charge accompanying those visitors whose disability necessitates their support. This ticket must be requested at the time of ticket purchase.
For disabled bookings requiring a carer ticket please register for an Access card to book online. Please ensure that your Access card is linked to your Ticket Factory account. Alternatively, call 0800 640 5001 to book.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas.
Parking
There is no parking at the venue. Please check Manchester City Council website for parking information.
