10am – 5.30pm 

  • Afternoon visitors will not be able to enter before 2.30pm.  
  • Morning visitors are expected to leave by 2.30. Please bear this in mind when deciding when to arrive.  
  • There may be a short wait while morning visitors leave the show

Tickets are on sale now.

If booking RHS member tickets, you must have a valid membership at the time of the event.

Gift vouchers

Give the gift of a memorable day out with our RHS Flower Shows Gift Vouchers (valid for 1 year).

RHS Shows vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for RHS Urban Show.

Food & drink

RHS have teamed up with local caterers Hot Buttered & Co to deliver an exciting selection of street food traders and funky bars. Grab a bite to eat and kick back in the Pub Garden, with cold craft beers and acoustic music. Dotted around the Depot Mayfield you can find fresh maki and poke bowls from KOKO, rotisserie chicken from Tartuffe, wood-fired pizza and mac ‘n’ cheese from Rokit, afternoon tea and fizz at the Cosmic Vine Cafe plus many more.

Security

The security and safety of visitors is paramount. Visitors will be subject to security searches and we would like to ask visitors attending the show to remain extra vigilant. Please report anyone or anything suspicious or unusual to a member of staff or security immediately.

We cannot accommodate large bags or suitcases.

Useful information

The Urban Show is a temporary, indoor event and the temperature inside Depot Mayfield can be quite low. Visitors are advised to dress as if they were attending an outdoor event.

The majority of the show takes place on hard surfaces with some uneven surfaces and often wet areas within the building which may be slippery underfoot. Please wear sensible shoes and warm layers and take care walking around the show venue.

Animals

Only guide and assistance dogs can be admitted, no pet animals. Please do not leave dogs unattended in parked cars.

Show Guides

Show Guides will not be available for RHS Urban Show. Digital maps of the show and local area will be available closer to the show.

Children

Each paying adult can bring two children aged under 5 free of charge (no ticket required).
Tickets for children aged 5 to 16 years are £8.85.

Students

Students with valid ID can purchase discounted tickets. Student ID will need to be presented for pre purchased and on the day tickets.
 

RHS Gardening Advice

The RHS Gardening Advice stand is staffed by our team of experts.

At the RHS we are committed to protecting plant health and ask that visitors bring photographs of their plant problems to our shows rather than live plant material. This applies when visiting the RHS Gardening Advice stands or exhibitors.

Lost property

The lost property is located at Visitor Information. Unclaimed items are kept for one month and plants for 24 hours, before being donated to local charities.

There are numerous seating areas around the venue.

Will there be a sell off?

There won’t be a sell off at RHS Urban Show

Can I enter during the morning session and stay for the afternoon session?

Your ticket is only for the time session you have selected. The venue will be cleared between the morning and afternoon sessions. If you would like to enter in the morning and stay for the afternoon session you will need a ticket for both sessions.

Morning visitors will not be able to stay after 2:30pm and afternoon visitors will not be able to enter before 2:30pm.
