Terms & Conditions All tickets are subject to availability and membership does not guarantee you a ticket or a discount. If you are a current member, you do not need to add membership to your order. A £5 admin fee applies to amend memberships purchased in error. Concessions must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively. Children over 5 years require their own ticket. Tickets for under 16s are free but must be purchased in advance Well behaved pet dogs (one per booking) are permitted, including assistance dogs. Please note, dogs are not allowed through the Palace grounds (to Ditton Gate). Please fully consider the welfare of your pet, and whether the festival environment is suitable before deciding to bring them, particularly in hot weather. Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Fees: 85p per ticket + £1 per transaction fee apply. If booking RHS member tickets, you must have a valid membership at the time of the event.
