A Place in the Garden is an award-winning, family-run business based in Sussex. It sells a unique collection of elegant zinc planters and decorative objects based on authentic reproductions of classic designs and fine contemporary pieces. Over the years, the company has added outdoor lighting, water features, fire pits and fine lead sculpture to create a complete catalogue of luxury garden pieces.

Adrian Gray is the pioneer of stonebalancing art. Adrian works with stone, exploring the natural world and its inherent yet seemingly magical states of balance. He creates sculptures using weathered stone, ranging in size from small tactile rocks to vast granite boulders shaped by glaciers. The stones are balanced by hand or, for the monumental sculptures, using a crane. The sculptures are fixed in their balanced position for safety and longevity, but still retain the outward appearance of being in transitory equilibrium, evoking a contradictory sense of solidity and impermanence and an attendant sense of wonder. They make dramatic, epic statements in homes, gardens and commercial spaces.

A plant-labelling system that includes a range of permanent copper tags, professional alitag labels designed to be indented with a punch, and pencil alitag labels designed to last for decades. There are oak, bamboo and teak labels in a large range of shapes and sizes. Alitag sell stones carved with herb names and sentiments as well as key fobs, garden signs, bamboo cloches and stone volcanic boulder pots and bowls.

Alitex is a team of designers and manufacturers of bespoke aluminium greenhouses and conservatories. The National Trust Greenhouse collection features a range of practical, low-maintenance greenhouses, with the timeless aesthetic qualities of an original heritage structure, designed to stand the test of time. Alitex products are endorsed by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

The Alpine Garden Society is a plant society and registered charity dedicated to the cultivation and conservation of alpine plants. Established in 1929, it is one of the world’s largest specialist garden societies with a mission to help people discover more about alpine and other small hardy plants. It also supports the development of knowledge and skills in the alpine field.

Avon Bulbs is a small family-run company based in Somerset. It offers a good range of spectacular and garden-worthy flower bulbs in the biggest sizes available.

The Barbados Horticultural Society has been affiliated with the RHS since it was formed, in 1927, by a group of horticulture enthusiasts. The society has exhibited in the Great Pavilion at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for 28 consecutive years and in that time has achieved an impressive medal haul, including 17 Gold, 1 Silver Gilts and one Silver medals. The Society is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting gardening and horticulture in Barbados.

Bentley and Skinner specialises in fine antique jewels and beautiful engagement rings, Bentley and Skinner also provides valuations for insurance and probate, repairs, seal-engraving, pearl-stringing and bespoke jewellery commissions upon request.

Beautiful, contemporary, ironwork furniture and sculpture for the garden and home, designed and handcrafted by artist-blacksmith Maxine Hunt, at her workshop in West Yorkshire. Maxine likes to create something ‘a little different’ in her work, blending traditional techniques with a modern twist.

Binny Plants was founded by Billy Carruthers and Bill Russell in 1994. Today it is a five-acre nursery on the Binny Estate near Edinburgh, Scotland. The two supply customers throughout the UK attracting complete beginners as well as horticultural experts and garden designers. As well as being specialist growers of all varieties of peonies, the nursery also grows an extensive range of hardy perennials and a selection of interesting trees and shrubs, all grown in peat-free compost.

Birmingham’s exhibits are always bright and colourful – a testament to the skills of the Parks Department and seasonal bedding displays.

Bristol-based Blackmore and Langdon is now managed by the great-grandsons of the founder. The nursery specialises in begonias and delphiniums.

Bloms Bulbs is a family-owned and operated company with nurseries in England, Holland and the United States. Bloms have been awarded 65 Gold medals at Chelsea for their exhibits, which showcase its large collection of tulip varieties. Along with quality tulips, this award-winning specialist supplier sells flower bulbs including lilies, anemones, daffodils, cyclamen and crocus.

Blue Forest specialises in the design and construction of luxurious treehouses and unique sustainable buildings. It has designed and built kids’ rustic dens, treetop party venues and even treehouse home offices. Each project is finished to the highest of standards by its team of experienced craftsmen.
