What is AXS Mobile ID?
AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticketing system. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the RHS Shows quickly with the scanning of the AXS app.

AXS Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily among your party right up until show time.

Why use mobile ticket system?
This system aims to combat unfair secondary ticketing practices. AXS Mobile ID tickets come equipped with a dynamically changing barcode system, which ensures that the tickets cannot be copied or shared illegally on any other websites.
How do I set up AXS account?
Visit AXS.com or download the AXS app and click on ‘Sign Up’ at the top of the page. You will be asked to enter some basic account information. After completing the information, you can buy tickets and manage them in your account.
Can I transfer tickets between people in my group?
You can transfer tickets simply and quickly in the AXS app. No need to wait for other members of your party.
What is scanned entry?
Open your ticket in the app and the digital barcode will be scanned on entrance.

AXS Mobile ID refreshes ticket barcodes every 59 seconds and works even without a Wi-Fi connection or a mobile signal.
How can I sell a ticket?
Can’t attend the show? Take the opportunity to sell your ticket with AXS Official Resale.

Go to your AXS Account and follow the steps to put your ticket up for resale.
 
How can I purchase a resale ticket?
To see if tickets are available for a sold-out RHS Show, go to the Show of your choice on AXS.com. There you’ll find all ticket options available.
What if I don’t want to use AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is the only available delivery option for these RHS Shows tickets.

How will I know my tickets have been delivered to my account?
You will receive an email notifying you of the delivery.
Can I add my ticket to my phone’s wallet?
Due the nature of the ticket, it needs to be located in the AXS App
How do I use the app to get into the RHS Show?
Have your AXS Mobile ID barcode displayed via the AXS app when you approach the RHS Show entrance, Wi-Fi is available at all entrances, but your ticket will work without Wi-Fi or mobile signal in place.

Please do the following:
  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
  • Have the UK region applied
  • Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic
  • Screen is set to maximum brightness.
Please do not take a screen shot of your ticket. For security, the bar code changes every 59 seconds.

Show your AXS Mobile ID ticket at the entrance where it will be scanned through a hand-held device, and you will be admitted to the RHS Show.
What happens if people do not have the ability to download the AXS App or have a smart phone?
If you do not have a smart phone or your run out of battery, please go to the ticket office with ID and booking confirmation.

Alternatively, you can go to your AXS Account on a desktop computer and forward your tickets to a friend with a smart phone and enter with them.
What if I lose my phone or run out of battery?
Please visit the ticket office at the Show.
I’ve bought resale tickets through another website, will I still be able to enter?
AXS Official Resale is the only legitimate platform to purchase resale tickets for shows at AXS ticketed venues. If you purchase resale tickets through other websites, you may be refused access to the venue.
Why do I need to download an app to access my ticket?
The technology provided through the AXS app offers a secure and trusted ticketing experience. When you use the app, you get a revolving digital barcode that is ensures no one else can use your ticket.
How do ticket transfers work?
This is done simply through the AXS app and can be done right up to the show. Ideally this should be done before you arrive at the showground.
By following the instructions in the app, you can transfer tickets simply and quickly; leaving you to enter the showground before other party members join you later.
Following these instructions, your other party members will be able to enter when they arrive using their own AXS Mobile ID ticket. Make sure your friends have downloaded the AXS App to be prepared
Can I cancel a transfer?
If the other members of the party already have an AXS account, the seats are transferred instantaneously to their account, so you cannot cancel a transfer once you have initiated it. If the people you are transferring to do not have an AXS account and do not pick up the tickets you have transferred, you can cancel a transfer.
 
How many times can a ticket be transferred?
There is no limit on how many times a ticket can be transferred.
 
I bought tickets as a gift for somebody, how do I give these to them if I am not attending the event
You can select the transfer option in your account and send them the tickets directly.
What if my friends arrive later than me?
You can transfer the tickets to them in a few easy steps.
Can I share screen shots of the tickets with friends?
No – AXS Mobile ID tickets include an anti-tout mechanism that ensures the tickets cannot be copied, as part of this, the bar code changes within the AXS app every 59 seconds.
