RHS show tickets FAQs

Got a question about your tickets? Find the answer here with our FAQs

When will I receive my Show tickets?
Tickets will be sent to your AXS Mobile ID two weeks before the Show. You will receive an email notification when they are available. Please note we will need to be able to scan the QR code in the AXS Mobile ID app. Tickets cannot be printed and screenshots will not work. If you do not have a smartphone or cannot access your tickets on the day, please go to the ticket offices.

If you can't locate your tickets, please contact AXS.
Are tickets sold on other websites valid?
Our official ticketing partner is AXS. By purchasing from any unauthorised source (such as eBay, Viagogo, TicketsToSee, StubHub and Gumtree etc.), you run the risk of the tickets being rendered invalid and being denied entry on the day, and also being denied tickets to future events.

Please support us by only buying direct – ticket proceeds go towards the charitable aims of the RHS – buying from unofficial vendors does not support this.

AXS have an ethical resale platform. This allows ticket holders to sell their tickets at up to 10% more than face value.
Can I bring non-members to a Members’ day?
RHS Members are able to buy four tickets at a member rate. This means you can effectively bring three non-members as guests.
Do I need a Show ticket for my child?
Yes. Children aged 5+ require a ticket and these can be booked on our website.

Under 16s can attend RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival and RHS Wentworth Woodhouse for free. Student tickets are available for 16–21-year-olds.

Children aged five years or over are allowed into the RHS Chelsea Flower Show provided that they hold a valid ticket, are with an accompanying adult and comply with the Terms and Conditions. Prams, pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the showground. Babies in arms are allowed but discouraged due to the unsuitability of the environment.
I can no longer use my ticket, what can I do?
There are several options open to you if you can no longer use your ticket. We operate a strict no refund policy, but we permit exchanges to another day of the same Show, or another Show in our 2025 Main Season (excluding Shows held in RHS Gardens or Malvern). To exchange a ticket in advance please complete this form RHS Customer Enquiry.

For any queries during Show week please e-mail [email protected]. AXS is an authorised site where you may offer your tickets for resale. You can resell your tickets via the AXS Mobile ID app. You are also permitted to transfer tickets to family or or friends via the AXS app.

Please do not be tempted to try and resell unwanted tickets via unofficial websites Tickets offered in this way are rendered invalid and entry will be denied on the day, as well as to future events.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
All of our sit-down restaurants cater to dietary requirements. You can pre-book these options at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse. Many of our mobile catering units also cater for different dietary requirements.

Please check the Plan Your Visit pages for each show. We will update information on these pages as it becomes available.

You are also welcome to bring your own food to our outdoor shows.
Does RHS membership guarantee me tickets?
All ticket types are subject to availability and membership does not guarantee you a ticket.

RHS Members get access to member-only days and priority booking for the Shows, but tickets are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.
What options are there when booking for people with access requirements?

We are committed to making all our shows as accessible as possible. To make the most of your visit, if you have an all-day ticket we advise arriving early in the morning or staying later in the evening as these are the quietest times of the day.

On Wednesday and Friday, we also offer early access before the show opens, for our visitors with additional access needs, at 7.30am.  To book, please call AXS on 0800 6400 5001.

Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per visitor who requires assistance. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

We are happy to offer a hire service for manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters for use at the Show, but the availability is limited. Bookings can be made online. Advance booking closes the week before the event starts or as soon as the allocation is sold out, whichever is the sooner. We do, however, manage a waiting list on the day at the Show so please enquire on arrival if you have been unable to book in advance.

Can I bring my dog to the Show?
You may bring your dog to RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival.

With the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not allowed at RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse allows dogs around the ground, though not the house (except assistance dogs). Dogs are not permitted on the Park and Ride coaches, so if you do want to bring your dog, please book onsite parking.

RHS Malvern Spring Festival allows dogs with a ticket on Sunday, please see their dog policy page for more details.

Please fully consider the welfare of your pet, and whether the Show environment is suitable, before deciding to bring them.
When will my pre-ordered show guide arrive?
Show Guides are posted approximately two weeks before the show (UK only). Guides will also be available to buy at the Show.
Is there somewhere to leave my purchased plants or products at the Show?
We provide a plant crèche and shop and drop at our outdoor shows. Any items are left at the owner's risk, and we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.
Where can I park?
Details about parking can be found on each individual Show's Plan Your Visit page. Disabled parking is available at all our Shows for visitors with disabilities that display a valid blue badge. Please see our Show-specific accessibility pages for more details.
What happens to lost property?
Items are kept for one month before being donated to local charities. Due to limitations of space, unclaimed plants can only be kept for one day. Please contact us by e-mail with a full description at RHS Shows customer care
How do I exhibit at an RHS Show?
Please visit our Exhibit at a Show pages for more information.
Why is the date or time showing as ‘sold out’?
We allow tickets to be exchanged and may also accept unwanted tickets for resale closer to the Show.

We regret we are unable to operate a waiting list but advise checking back periodically as tickets may become available.
