Meet the designer of A Secret Space – The Another Green Room at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025
Jun Ishihara joined his father’s (Kazuyuki Ishihara) company as a garden designer two years ago, moving into garden design from a career in architecture. He now combines experience as a landscaper and architect to design unified spaces that integrate both gardens and buildings. See A Secret Base – The Another Green Room Jun says: “For every project, my goal is to express the beauty of greenery and the vitality of plants, ensuring that they thrive and enhance the overall atmosphere. I always approach gardens and architecture as interconnected spaces, striving to create harmonious environments where each element complements the other.”
