There is an exciting timetable of talks and demonstrations at RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2025 with theatres hosted by well-known personalities and featuring a variety of special guests

An all-star line up

Gardening experts from TV, radio, magazines and online fill the five talks stages. Visitors can also get books signed by their favourite gardening and cookery authors after their talks in theatres across the Festival. Books will be available from on-site independent booksellers Rossiter Books and at signings after their talks.

Festival Theatre

Festival Theatre is the main stage hosting talks and conversations with some of the biggest stars of the gardening world, including the perennial favourite Gardeners’ Question Time.

Give it a Grow Stage

Brand new for 2025, offering practical advice, inspirational talks and expert tips on plant growing, with engaging talks for both seasoned gardeners and beginners. From perfecting propagation techniques to creating serene rain gardens and ponds, how to design natural screens for garden privacy to improving soil health with the use of vital microbes – this bustling area will act as an educational hub, inspiring visitors to grow more, grow smarter and grow better.

Kitchen Garden Theatre

Unveiled in 2024, the Kitchen Garden Stage returns, once again created by award-winning designers Stonebarn Landscapes. Focussing on ‘plot to plate’ and encouraging visitors to embrace the joy of growing and cooking with home-grown ingredients. Surrounded by beds of herbs, flowers and vegetables, live cooking demonstrations will be held by a line-up of talented chefs and outstanding local food producers.

Festival of Houseplants at RHS Malvern Spring Festival

Festival of Houseplants with Green Rooms Market

This theatre will host an array of horticultural experts sharing their advice and top tips on everything from how to choose the perfect houseplant, to troubleshooting advice for tricky specimens through talks, demos and drop-in or bookable workshops.

Potting Shed Theatre

The Potting Shed Theatre is hosted by veteran horticulturalist and his cookery expert wife, Martin and Jill Fish. The expert talks and Q&A sessions provided by an impressive lineup of horticultural specialists, not to be missed by those new to gardening through to those with years of experience.
