This is a permanent showground with many hard-floored areas, but some exhibits are located in grassed areas.Disabled assistance
Three Counties are committed to improving accessibility to the facilities and aim to make trips more comfortable and enjoyable for visitors with disabilities. Our admissions policy admits one companion of a disabled visitor free of charge, while the normal admission fee applies to the disabled visitor, when booked in advance. Wheelchairs
Manual and electric wheelchairs are available for hire, but must be booked in advance (please note that attendants cannot be provided). Please call 01386 725391 during office hours for an application form, or visit Event Mobility.There is a £10 donation for the hire of a manual wheelchair and a £25 donation for the hire of an electric wheelchair.
Assistance dogs
We welcome assistance dogs and dogs participating in the show on to the showground. No other dogs will be allowed into the show or car parks. Please do not leave dogs in vehicles unattended.Getting here
Travel by car
Malvern Autumn Show is located approximately ten miles from the M5 and M50 motorways and is easily accessible. Follow the brown signs for Three Counties Showground from all the main routes. Once in close proximity to the showground, follow the yellow AA signs.Postcode: WR13 6NW
Travel by train
Rail passengers should travel to Great Malvern station. Tickets can be booked via the National Rail website.There is a free shuttle bus service from Great Malvern station to the showground for the Malvern Autumn Show, running from 9am to 6pm. The shuttle bus picks up from outside Great Malvern station ticket office and drops off at the showground's Red Gate. Please contact 01684 584900 for more information on the shuttle bus service.
Parking
There is ample free parking at the show; you will be directed to an appropriate car park on arrival. All car parks are open from 8am.You can book Gold Parking at £15, this car park is located closer to the show.
Coaches
There is dedicated coach parking, on approach follow AA signs for Coach Parking / Brown Car Park.Disabled parking
Blue badge holders should follow signs for Disabled Parking / Brown Gate, we will direct you from there. Where possible you will be parked on hard ground.Facilities
Useful information
This is an event which is staged both inside and out, and as such is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear.If you are looking for further information or help at the show, please make your way to the Show Office.
Food and drink
There will be plenty of food and drink outlets around the show offering everything from tasty snacks, refreshing hot and cold drinks, delicious ice cream or a more formal sit down lunch.RHS members can take advantage of the exclusive Members' area in Linden, where food and drink will be available all day. It's the ideal place to catch your breath and relax before venturing back into the show.
ATMs
ATMs are available for withdrawing cash. There is a charge for this service.Dogs
We allow assistance and participating dogs in the showground and car parks during Three Counties Agricultural Society events.Please do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles. For all other third-party events, please contact the organisers directly to find out about their dog policy.
First aid
British Red Cross is in attendance at the show - please contact the Show Office for its location. If you need assistance at the show, please speak to the nearest steward.Lost children/property
If you become separated from your children please advise the nearest steward who will be able to assist you. If you misplace items at the show, please report this to the Show Office.Baby changing facilities
Facilities are available at the show and locations are available from the Show Office.Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed public area.Plant crèche and porter service
A plant crèche is available for you to leave plant purchases during the day. All items must be collected by the end of the day and are left at the owner’s risk.A porter service, run by the local Sea Cadets, is available to deliver your purchases to a collection point.
RHS Gardening Advice
The RHS Gardening Advice stands are staffed by experts who provide advice to visitors on all plant and gardening queries, no matter how large or small. We are committed to protecting plant health and ask that visitors bring photographs of their plant problems to the show rather than live plant material. This applies when visiting the RHS Gardening Advice stands or exhibitors in the Floral Marquee.Hospitality
