Transport to the venue

Getting here by coach
Coach transport to and from the Symposium each day is free of charge, but only covers the route to/from Woking, and must be requested (by checking the tick box) when booking your symposium ticket.

If you have booked coach transport for the Symposium, this will depart at 08:15 each morning from the pick up point in Woking. The pick up point location will be determined at a later date and this page will be updated with details.

The coach will depart RHS Garden Wisley at the end of each day of the Symposium, and return delegates to Woking (times TBC). The coach transport for the Conference Dinner will depart the Woking pick up point at 18:30 on the 26 September and depart Gorse Hill at 23:00 for return to Woking.

Getting here by taxi
If choosing to travel by taxi rather than coach, please ask your accommodation provider for their recommended taxi company.
