Helenium trial 2022–2025

Objectives and purpose of the trial

The focus of this trial is on Helenium (sneezeweed), which was last trialled by the RHS between 1999–2001 as part of a trial on yellow daisies. Since then, a number of new cultivars have been introduced, and now is the chance to assess the best plants for gardeners to grow. The RHS Trials team aim to compare new and established cultivars at RHS Bridgewater, Greater Manchester, and those that perform best will be awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
