Choosing miscanthus by height

Micanthus range from the diminutive to the towering, so can be used in many different locations in borders and containers. Here are our top picks of these plants by height. Be aware that that the total height is measured from the base of the plant to the tips of the flowers - this height is only reached in late autumn, so they'll be shorter earlier in the season.
