Agapanthus for containers

With regular water and feed in the summer, agapanthus make perfect potted plants, providing bold displays of globe-like blooms. If you have a frost-free greenhouse, then try the tender types. If you're growing in the garden, the hardy agapanthus are your best bet

Tender agapanthus for containers

It's easiest to grow tender agapanthus in containers as they can then be moved into a frost-free greenhouse or cool conservatory for the winter. They offer large, spectacular blooms so are worth the extra effort.

Hardy agapanthus for containers

These agapanthus are good for containers. They should survive outside in most UK gardens but will need a sheltered sunny site.
