California buckeye

A medium-sized deciduous shrubby tree with palmate leaves which turn yellow in autumn. Fragrant flowers are long, white (sometimes rose-pink), fluffy-looking and candle-shaped with yellow then pink throats. Conkers follow in autumn inside a smooth leathery case.
