Large, evergreen bamboo forming dense clumps about 3-4m, of upright, deep green canes, with persistent creamy-white leaf sheafs, giving a striking striped emphasis to the canes. Leaves are glossy green and blue-green beneath and 15-18cm long

Cultivation
