A compact, slow growing conifer, reaching only 1m (39in) and 50cm (20in) across when mature. The shrub naturally forms a tight, spherical to dome shaped outline, without any training or pruning. The needles are light green in colour and approximately 6cm (2½in) long. Its size and shape make it particularly useful as a focal point in smaller city gardens
