A bushy, variegated, deciduous shrub, up to 1.5m high and 1.2 wide, bearing bright yellow young leaves, later green in the centre with a creamy white margin and some leaves remaining yellow. Grown mostly for the attractive foliage but a few bright yellow flowers are produced in early to mid-spring before the leaves appear
