The RHS offers reduced price entry to RHS Gardens for Groups where the following process has been followed and conditions satisfied:
- Application for admission of a group to an RHS Garden is by completion and submission of a Booking Form supplied by the RHS, or via e-mail [email protected] or telephone with the Visitor Services Team on 0207 821 3170
- On receipt of this booking, the RHS may provide a written Offer Letter which sets out the price, non-refundable deposit required, date, Garden and number of Visitors who will be admitted
- Should the terms of the Offer Letter, and these terms and conditions, be acceptable to the Organiser, any applicable deposit should be paid in full by the date set out in the Offer Letter
- Where the deposit is requested and is not paid in full by the date set out in the Offer Letter, the Offer Letter will expire
- The balance, as set out in the Offer Letter, is due for payment on the day of the visit
Payments are to be made by cash (to the relevant garden), credit card (by telephone 0207 821 3170), or by bank transfer using the below details. Cheques will only be accepted as payment for non-refundable deposits and only if more than 14 days in advance of the visit and should be sent to the garden directly, care of the Visitor Services team.

The offer contained in the Offer Letter, and any RHS Garden visit contain within, may not be assigned, transferred or re-sold in any manner whatsoever without the prior written agreement of the RHS.
