The judges will use the marking criteria in the standard marking sheet to assess these categories: Village / Large Village / Small Town / Town / Large Town / Small City / City / Coastal / Urban Community / Town Centres and City Centres. Bloom entries will be awarded for horticultural achievement, environmental responsibility and community participation.
