RHS (1974) Pension Scheme: Statement of Investment Principles (SIP)

In accordance with the Occupational Pension Schemes (Administration
and Disclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, which requires information relating to Occupational Pension Schemes to be freely and publicly available, please find below the RHS 1974 Pension Scheme’s Statement of Investment Principles.

The Statement of Investment Principles (‘the SIP’), is required under Section 35 of the Pensions Act 1995 for the Royal Horticultural Society (1974) Pension Scheme (‘the Scheme’). It describes the investment policy being pursued by the Trustees of the Scheme and is in accordance with the Government’s voluntary code of conduct for Institutional Investment in the UK (‘the Myners Principles’). This SIP also reflects the requirements of Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005.

The Trustees have prepared an implementation statement which sets out how well they have followed their policies in the SIP over the latest Scheme year.
