Assist our visitors with experiencing a range of products, whether that’s advising visitors on plants in their shopping baskets or food on their plates

Sharing what we produce

Our Catering and Retail teams work across our restaurants, cafés, garden centres, and online stores. This includes working closely with outside caterers at RHS events and shows to make sure everything runs smoothly for visitors.

From chefs, baristas, and customer assistants, to licensing, merchandising, and supervisors – join around 300 team members, and you’ll help to make each RHS Garden, event or show even better and more delicious to visit.

Catering

Discover a role in our restaurants and cafés in some beautiful locations. You might be in the front of house team greeting new visitors and chatting about their visit while they enjoy tea and scones. A chef, planning menus based on the local ingredients picked that day. You could thrive as a manager or team leader pulling everyone together behind the scenes. It’s often fast-paced, but there’s always scope for opportunity and plenty of chances to make an impact. And you’ll work alongside passionate and experienced colleagues who’ll be there to support you.

Retail

From the five RHS Garden Centres, to our online and licensing services, there’s always something going on in our retail team. So, join us and you’ll step into an ever-evolving and ever-expanding world, with new plants and products arriving every week. You’ll be helping to grow our income to fund essential RHS programmes and find solutions to crucial environmental challenges. You will get the chance to work on a variety of exciting retail projects and get a clear career path. You’ll find lots of opportunities to develop into new roles.
