Ambreen works in London as an RHS Marketing Automation Manager where she uses customer insights to send tailored communications
Ambreen became interested in data after having studied economics. Her main motivation at the RHS is being able to make a small difference in a positive way. Her role on a day-to-day basis includes looking after the cross RHS communication schedule and supporting colleagues from different areas of the organisation (including retail, shows and communities) to segment and schedule their emails effectively.
Ambreen is also involved with the current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, bringing data and information that sits across the RHS together in one shared area. This creates a better understanding of our audiences in one place.
