Before joining the RHS, Charlotte has had a varied career. ‘Squiggly’ you might say, because she has moved between marketing and digital departments, which coincidentally fall under the same roof at the RHS. As a child, she danced a lot and wanted to become a ballerina. While that didn’t happen, it kick-started Charlotte’s first role working for a dance membership organisation. She has worked for membership organisations ever since, working in various roles within both the charity sector and government.
