A fast-growing annual with a spreading habit and slightly succulent green foliage which appears in winter, followed by golden yellow 'cymes' in spring (flat topped flowers which open in the centre then around the edges). Fruit capsules appear in summer which open and disperse seed if they have enough moisture

Cultivation
