Eucalyptus campaspe
silver-topped gimlet
Evergreen tree about 10m tall, endemic to Western Australia, with smooth, shiny bark, greenish-grey to yellow-brown, red-brown or coppery. The small branchlets, flower buds and fruit capsules are covered in a waxy, silvery-white bloom. Grey-green, lance-shaped juvenile leaves to 8cm long mature to glossy green adult leaves to 12cm long. White flowers appear in summer and early autumn, followed by cup-shaped or conical woody fruit

Cultivation
