Come to RHS Garden Rosemoor throughout the academic year to take part in our Home Ed workshops for families with learners aged 5–16 years. Our workshops give children the opportunity to learn practically, spend time outdoors, and to experience plants and the garden first-hand.

The workshop activities are designed for learners in the age group specified to take part with their family. We understand you may need to bring a younger or older child with you. Please ensure that you include them in your booking and bring something along for them to do quietly in the classroom while the others are involved with the workshop. They may be able to join in with some elements of the workshop, but the content will be focussed on the age range stated.

Booking is essential as numbers are limited by the classroom capacity. Accompanying adults are responsible for their children at all times.

A charge of £3 per learner will be made to book your places. On arrival at the garden, you will receive a £3 voucher per place booked to spend at one of the catering outlets at Rosemoor. Please note, the £3 voucher is only available if you book online. For bookings made with staff on-site or over the phone, the £3 becomes an admin fee.

To keep our Home Ed offer in line with our school offer, you do not need to pay Garden Entry to spend time in the Garden before or after your workshop. Anyone not booked on the workshop would need to pay normal Garden Entry or have RHS membership to enter the Garden.
