Edible Eden

Feature Garden
Edible Eden is a kitchen garden packed with beautiful and tasty produce. It includes a formal vegetable area, unusual edibles in a forest garden and a soft fruit-growing display.

This flavourful feast for the eyes incorporates a colourful golden sunflower meadow.

An abundance of seasonal produce that can be picked and eaten from the plant including salad crops, summer and autumn fruit, herbs for tisanes and cooking are featured, with both traditional and new cultivars. Beautiful sunflowers and fiery French marigolds add zingy colour

To make Edible Eden a truly interactive experience, visitors can walk through the exhibit. Produce from the garden is being used for cooking demonstrations hosted by Mark Diacono of Otter Farm.
