A small, rounded semi-evergreen to evergreen shrub to a height of 1.2m, with mid-green oval-shaped leaves in spring with a bronze tinge that takes on a darker green tone for the rest of the year. Its branches are arching in habit. Scented yellow trumpet-shaped flowers with orange marking inside and pink outside, are borne in clusters from early summer to mid autumn
