An evergreen herbaceous perennial that forms clumps of green strap-like leaves and rounded flower heads of dark blue tubular flowers in summer reaching approximately 60cm. Petals have a darker central mid rib.

How to grow
Cultivation
Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or grow in a container. In cold areas, mulch well overwinter and take containers under cover. See agapanthus cultivation
