Persicaria 'Silver Dragon'
knotweed 'Silver Dragon'
A fast-growing, deciduous, herbaceous perennial to 1.1m producing a mound of stems. The foliage is highly ornamental and heart shaped, with a pale silver 'V' mark over a grey green base colour. Inside the 'V', the colour is pale purple-bronze with a darker bronze margin to the leaf. Provides good orange colour in autumn. Young foliage is very dramatic and contrasts well with open sprays of white flowers from summer to autumn. Suitable for the middle of a flower border
