An attractive, ornamental endive variety producing bulky heads with dark green, frizzy edged outer leaves and almost self-blanching, creamy white hearts. It can be cropped throughout the year with Winter protection and produces beautiful, bright, pale blue flowers if allowed to bolt. A great salad alternative

How to grow
Cultivation
