AGM plants have been through a rigourous trial and assessment programme. They are:
'Crimson and Gold' is a small, spiny deciduous shrub of spreading habit, with glossy, obovate leaves to 5cm in length. Flowers 3.5cm in width, deep crimson with prominent golden anthers, followed by fragrant yellow fruit 5cm in length
'Nicoline' is a small deciduous shrub of spreading habit with oblong leaves to 5cm in length, and scarlet flowers 3.5cm in width, followed by apple-like fruits, yellow and fragrant when ripe
'Knap Hill Scarlet' is a spreading small deciduous shrub, with glossy obovate leaves to 5cm in length. Flowers to 4cm in width, bright orange-scarlet. Fruits yellow, apple-shaped, fragrant when ripe
'Pink Lady' is a small deciduous shrub of spreading habit, with glossy, obovate leaves to 5cm in length, and clear pink flowers 3.5cm across opening from darker buds. Fruit apple-like, yellow and fragrant when ripe
