RHS Partner Garden of the Year competition

RHS Partner Garden of the Year competition runs annually, this year with the theme of joy, and gives garden lovers the chance to celebrate and share their joyful and uplifting experiences of visiting their favourite RHS Partner Gardens.

While all gardens have the capacity to inspire happiness, this competition honours the diverse beauty of RHS Partner Gardens, from nature-friendly organic spaces to kitchen gardens, and historic landscapes with manicured topiary.

Choose the RHS Partner Garden that fills you with the most joy from one of six regions: North and Northern Ireland, South West and Wales, Scotland, Midlands and East Anglia, South East and Channel Islands, and Overseas.

In November 2025, we’ll announce one overall UK winner – crowned RHS Partner Garden of the Year 2025 – along with six regional winners. Each will receive a special plaque, and UK winners will also enjoy an exclusive photoshoot.

Anyone can show their support for their favourite RHS Partner Garden* by casting their vote using the button below between 10am on Thursday 17 April 2025, and 12noon on Monday 29 September 2025.

There will also be QR codes displayed at the RHS Partner Gardens, which link directly to the website. Everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £100 RHS garden gift voucher.

Thousands of votes were cast in the 2024 RHS Partner Garden of the Year competition, with Green Island Gardens in Essex claiming the top spot as the overall winner. Five exceptional regional winners were also recognised, representing stunning gardens across the UK and beyond.
