The Bishop’s Palace is a springtime dream. Starting with the cheerful crocuses and primroses, the gardens soon burst into colour with thousands of daffodils lining the moat banks and arboretums. But the magic doesn’t stop there – thousands of tulips take centre stage in the quiet garden as spring unfolds. Keep an eye out for white daffodils and bluebells, adding even more vibrant variety to the stunning floral tapestry.

Spring at Beningbrough Hall is a tulip-lover’s dream. Wander through the West Formal Garden and get lost in a dazzling sea of white and purple blooms. And just when you think you’ve seen it all, the south border bursts into life with more than 2,000 tulips, making your springtime stroll even more magical.
As you make your way to Dunrobin Castle, you’ll be greeted by a stunning sea of daffodils, swaying in the breeze along the long drive. The castle’s gardens burst into life each spring with vibrant tulip displays, creating a colourful masterpiece that perfectly complements the majestic surroundings.
Springfields is bursting with colour and spring magic. Stroll through a dazzling tulip walk, where a rainbow of varieties fills the gardens with joy. Don’t miss the incredible National Narcissus Collection – featuring more than 450 stunning species. And as you wander, take a moment to soak in the sweet scent of hyacinths along the way.
Step into a golden wonderland at Hever Castle. With around 250,000 daffodils blooming from more than 70,000 bulbs, the gardens are a dazzling spectacle of spring. Wander through Anne Boleyn’s Orchard, where ancient and modern varieties create a breathtaking ‘living museum’ of daffodils. And don’t miss the Dazzling Daffodils event from 17–23 March 2025 – it’s the perfect way to celebrate spring in style.
A riot of colour awaits at Doddington Gardens. The renowned Spring Bulb Pageant showcases a breathtaking tulip display, with more than 80 vibrant varieties filling the Walled Garden like a painter’s dream. Beyond the tulips, seasonal floral displays bring bursts of beauty throughout the grounds – every corner is a celebration of spring.
